This month's release, Peripherique's new album 'Wabi Sabi', is no mere collection of tracks but an attempt realize a concept through music: The title 'Wabi Sabi' is a reference to an old japanese concept of aesthetic, of beauty in the state of transcience.
'Wabi Sabi' is complete in its incompleteness, perfect while being imperfect. The album tries to capture this spirit in musical form: quiet music, an analog-digital hybrid that represents the idea of 'nothing lasts, nothing is finished, and nothing is perfect.'

Habe mir das Album heute früh angehört. Sehr schöne, stimmungsvolle Musik, insbesondere der Track 'Gelb ist die Farbe' gefällt mir sehr gut. Toll!

Kudos! Klasse geworden, auch wenn die Stilrichtung nicht so meins ist (wie du weißt). Viel Atmosphäre, guter Sound, viele kleine Ideen; nur schade, daß mein Remix nicht mehr rechtzeitig fertig war...
